TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Erafone launched a campaign calling on people to always be careful and alert to fraud in the name of Erafone.
Reza, CS online erafone.com said, the aim of this campaign is to prevent irresponsible parties from committing fraud by using fake accounts, fake numbers, fake websites, and even transactions by sending funds to personal accounts.
“These irresponsible individuals are trying to harm both parties, both Erafone and the wider community,” said Reza in his press statement, Saturday (11/3/2017).
Responding to the increasing number of fraud cases, Erafone, through the Call Center, provided clarification that Erafone has never carried out sales transactions via social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line, BBM, Whatsapp and other unofficial websites.
Apart from that, all online purchase transactions can only be made via www.erafone.com or through Erafone partners at Elevania, Lazada, Blibli, Bhineka, blanja.com, Orami, Mataharimall, and for direct purchases at Erafone outlets.
“Apart from that, it is not part of Erafone and this is fraud,” said Reza.
He added that Erafone never accepted or suggested online transactions via accounts in personal names and even asked for additional money from the price stated.
